Belize Friends Pre-Primary School is a nurturing, child-centred learning community in Port Loyola, on the Southside of Belize City. We are dedicated to giving young children a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where they can learn, grow, explore, and develop a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
We believe every child is capable, unique, and deserving of the opportunity to thrive. Our goal is for every child who walks through our doors to feel valued, respected, loved, and confident as they begin their educational journey — and to feel that this is a place where they belong.
Our programme emphasizes play-based, hands-on learning. Through exploration, discovery, creativity, movement, and meaningful interactions with teachers and classmates, we support the whole child — social, emotional, physical, language, literacy, cognitive, and creative development.
We are a young school, growing with our children. We opened our doors with Preschool and Infant 1 classes, and each year we will add the next class level. In every class we follow the Belize Ministry of Education curriculum, teaching all of its subjects.
